Engaging your builders early in the project will save you time and money. We want to assure you that working with Your Forever Home NSW will be smooth, enjoyable and stress-free. Here is an outline of how we will work together.
To find out more about your prospective build, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire before having a chat.
We will then arrange an on-site meeting to understand your vision, brief and budget. This info will help us give you an estimated cost of your project and, if need be, we will put you in contact with one of our approved architects.
We will work together with the architects to design your build in line with your budget. This way, we can make sure of the affordability and that we are all on the same page.
When you have approved the build, we will prepare the required documents and draw up a contract for you to sign. Then we will provide the home builders compensation fund (project-specific insurance) and, finally, schedule a start day.
You will neet the key members of our team, and then we will set you up to use our online job management system. We use an app that will allow you to track your project in real-time, and you can contact us with any questions along the way. After all, communication is the key to a stress-free build.
Occupation Certificate - When your build is completed, we will work together to collate all the required documentation for the private certifier to sign the completion of your home.
